Default Repairs PT's & MRT's

Hi Guys.

Was wondering if anyone out thier repairs PT's.

I need the wires re-soldering on they have broken off from the PT.
Last time sent one off to AMB was cheaper to buy new one than actually have it repaired

Also was wondering who keeps stock of these MRT PT's too.
How much are they now days as i will need 3rd one soon for my 2wd

Just phone Terry at MRT, he'll sort both your problems out for you :-)

Yer, from what I have heard MRT is a top company to deal with, and you sound like you need to speak to them about cloneing.

I've been running MRT's for ages now and I've not had any problems.

When I sent my AMB one away for cloning I posted it on a monday special delivery and I had it back on the thursday so I could use it for racing at the weekend.

Since I had it cloned I haven't used the AMB one.

I'm sure jamie will have a spare transponder you could borrow if you don't have one for sunday mate. I'll have a word with him mate.

Oh and as far as I know the race software only sees the number it doesn't know what sort of transponder sent the signal so as long at the club can read PT's you'll be fine.

The new smaller Mylaps/Amb aren't as expensive as the old one's used to be, £63 +delivery and mine arrived next day! No good if you're after a duplicate number though?
