Default Speed Passion v3 motors - winter running

Looking at getting my B4 running and I've only got V3 Speed Passion motors. How do they handle damp / wet running hanging out of the back the B4?

I've just got a v3 8.5 for my Cougar SV. Never had a prob with my X11 7.5 but it's not a vented can

My V3.0 13.5 handled the snow fine, it was the '100% waterproof' speed controller that didnt.

Sounds good, just need to decide whether it's Cat SX or B4 then!
