Bonjour mes amis! How about we get team shirts made up with our racing names printed on the back. I'm sure Charlie could help us with them. I was thinking along the lines of:

Mange tout
Cordon Bleu
Fromage Frais
Lavatoires Garnier
Monsieur Renault Fuego (if you remember, it was mainly made of black plastic and rust)
Petit Filous (that's got to be Antnee's!)
L' escargot
Capitaine Shambolique (Mr Jaques, that may well be yours)
Désordre compulsif obsédant de docteur (I did an online translation for "Doctor OCD" for me and this came out!!!)

Any other suggestions?

Lloyd, make sure the team name is in french, 'équipe de boucherie' according to google, although when you swap it around its team beef

I have had a look on google maps and its 2.20hrs from Dunkerque to Where the track is. When are we going to meet for a tactics/team chat? I can't do Feb 4th. In fact I can't do much due to having an actual proper job now that doesn't involve me sitting on rc forums all day

Can everyone list what equiptment they can donate to the cause? I am happy to use my X6, but as I am running 40mhz I would suggest everyone who has 2.4 bringing their gear. I have got plenty of spares, but we will need waaaaaaaaay more than plenty (specially with ginge at the sticks). I have 4x3800 lipo's with corally connectors, and one charger. Need to work out how we will overcome tranny power, and try and figure out how many tyres we are actually going to need.

Rob where do we stand on using the hall for a practice after a sat off-road series?

I have sent the monies off for the team, and updated the drivers list as follows;

ok guys all good for me as you know im racing there on the 4th to the 7 th of feb so wednesday nights better for me on the 3rd inless were all at worksop this weekend as we could all have a sort out ,, as for hand set im om futaba 3vcs with 2.4 hows got what my handsets got rechargeables too but if some one else has got a 3vcs with 2.4 then two handsets should work one on charge and one running both sinked into one reciever which i ve got a spre too ,, tryes i ve been told schuey spike yellow not mini pins ,, and 3/4 sets would be the maximum id say but will let you know after the meeting ,, i can also bring my lipo charger but gearing will be the secret guys cause we should get about 2o minites on one lipo being sencible ,,

I have 2 x 4900's, charger n' power supply (corally connections)
no brushless and 2.4ghz steerwheel which i like but no one else

i can do any meeting after 5:30pm weekdays, after 2:30 pm sat & sun anytime

I think theres 3 Futaba 3vc (S) in the team, so we can use them and just swap the module when batts getting low, recharge when not in use.

Also, read your emails people, alot has already been discussed

Main thing I'd like to get sorted is the meeting date where we can discuss all this stuff together. Lloyd can't do Thurs 4th Feb, so what about 2nd? If not then the following week? Come on, time is running out & we can't even sort a time to meet up!! When are you all available?

Re equipment, I have a LiPo charger, 2x3800s and 2x4000s plus 2 Xcelorin ESCs. XXX spares & old 40 meg tranny aren't going to be any good but I do possess 2 of the best thumbs in the business if I do say so myself. I'll try to remember to pack them along with my Saturday and Sunday socks, a copy of the National Anthem, the bunting and various plastic Union Jack flags.
