Default Anyone an Accountant or know more than me??

I'm trying to file my business accounts online with companies house but having a nightmare, just as i think i've sorted i click submit and it's telling me part of the form isn't filled out correctly but i can't for the life of me work out what it is

I only run this small business as a bit of a hobby / project with no major profit or anything so was hoping it would be nice and simple but there's obviously some small part i've done wrong or not completed so i'm hoping someone here may be able to have a butchers and advise?

Please PM / E-mail me if you think you can help ([email protected])

Thanks guys

Hi mate,

It's IE, but it's a form that i downloaded to my machine, i'm sure it's something any accountant would just look at and sort quickly but i just can't work out what it is

I had major hassle trying to file things online with the Revenue, so gave up and just filled the things out on paper!

Probably doesn't help you solve the problem, but at least you are not alone in having problems with government websites.

PS if you are filing accounts to Companies House surely your accountant should do that for you anyway as a limited company must have its accounts done by a professional? Or have I got the wrong end of the stick?

I've sent them off by Post now as there's just no way of getting the online thing to work. Mine are so simple i've always done them myself without an issue to be honest?

Our accountant was on the phone to them the other day and I'm sure I overheard something about there being a 'fault/issue' with the site.

I was going to suggest that I'd get her to call you but as you've posted them now, not a lot of point?
