Pointless foods

While I'm sat here eating my tea, I got to thinking how pointless some foods are. Why don't you share with us what foods you think are pointless, but please include your reasons also so we can have a nice critical reasoning discusion on the subject.

I'll start us off:

Pasta - tastes of nothing.

Tomatoes - work of the devil, taste like s***e.

Tortillas - who ever thought "I know, I'll make some bread that will not rise and will be really chewy so I can wrap stuff in it." They must have been on crack or summat.


Over to everyone else while I think of some more......

what is the point of lettuce? it tastes of nowt, looks crap when all pub restaurants think it looks good as a garnish and it is so dirty you have to wash it before using it

Had to eat all of the above in China... Mushrooms chips and steak are heaven...

But curry yuck you can keep your korma's and that shit get rid of it. Take it back from where it come from.
