Default Pinion/Spur advice?

Using a bog stock B4RS currently with the Brushed motor/ESC.

Bought from here a 13.5 turn brushless system for it. Tend to race mostly indoors on carpet at a smallish track, any ideas of pinion for the new brushless motor that will be a good start point. Want to keep costs down so use the standard spur that's fittted, but just get a pinion if possible.

Just a good base to work from that hopefully won't send any temps through the roof for motor/esc/battery!
