Default losi bk2 mid

i have converted my bk2 to a mid and im now wondering how yo change it from a right hand drive to a left hand drive, changing the motor plate to the other side?

if it's anything like when I did that to my T3 transmission it was just a case of making a hole in the otherside of the trans casing and sticking the layshaft out of it.

cant you get another gear that goes next to the spur gear and pinion and if so what are they called? wer could i find one? how much? and would i need to change my geering ?

its just the losi gearbox idler gear mounted to one of the motor screws, think it has to be used with something like a 20 tooth pinion, no gearbox mods needed at all then

I am going to make a custom motor plate with the XXX idler so it can be adj for different Spur and pinion combos instead of limited to a 20 pinion and just going up and down on the spur.

how many tooth is the losi idler gear ? would the b4 gear work ? and do idler gears come with bearings or will i have to buy them aswel ?
if anyone has got a bk2 or cr idler gear then can you send me a pm please with a price and all that

Another option is fitting an X6 4-gearbox on it, but then you need some alu and dremel-discs

or you could just use a whole x-factory rear end one the losi t-plate like i did on my buggy. then you dont have to make the losi rear shock tower fit on the x-factory stuff.

think i might just put a idler gear on it, alot easyer and cheaper lol
wat doea anyone think about my convetion, any tips on how i could improve it or anythink ?

have just decided that as he back end is a bit week i was gunna make a new one out of aluminum, i am half way through to building it, will send you some pics when its done

at the moment the bracket on the back is failing and i have a serious case of cba. i will probably be looking for a proper soon as my big plans for a aluminum one is failing and turning out to be a bit of a disarster. just an update.

given up on the aluminum bracket. just going to be normal and go with the standard back t bracket and try and find a bolt set for my car as many of my bolts and loose, rounded off or old and look horid.
