Default Trf 511 castor blocks

Has anyone come up with a resolution on how to stop the awful slop caused by the king pins and the weak alloy castor block holes? There must be a step by step guide from someone thats done this so please post it.

I add some antiwear grease on the kingpins. Steel against alloy is no good.
