That looks pretty impressive.

I spoke to Simon as that was his first real bash with the FS with all the new Orion gear.
He said it was kit set up the only change was 300 shock oil!

I had a go on this after the final and it went pretty damn well! Nice balance, loads grip and lots of smooth power.

RB5 felt great too. I just ran butchs car from worksop, very nice!

Car looks to be going super well, will be interested to see the exact set-up being run there!
Makes me feel quite good about my FS around there as I had been a little disapointed to fail in my aim of 'only one duff lap per run' .... hell if Butch is making the odd error I'm going to stop getting annoyed with myself around there!

Can't wait to be there again, wednesday seems too far away

My set-up from the last time I was at PDA http://www.petitrc.com/setup/kyosho/..._PDA200912.pdf will be interesting to compare with Simons when its posted up

Mike and i are hoping our ESC turn up wednesday Morning.
If we get time to get wired up we hope to get along to pda next week.
Can we get tires at the track? I am making a fair guess it is proline only??

I think Tony has some at the track normally. It's proline only so holeshots ideally, or something like bowties would work too.

Neil,

be great to see you at PDA! I hope to be there with both cars and some strange, light plastic boxes people tell me will replace cells some day ... how odd. I'm hoping to do both classes and will be there with my girlfriend who has never been to an RC track before let alone left in control of charging

What could go wrong???

Would be a shorter list if you were to ask what could go right, LoL

Any chance for the 30th?

I was really happy with my FS tonight, shame I was distracted by trying set-ups on the RB5 and never really got my head around swapping between a car that was working brilliantly (FS) and one that wasn't (..don't ask what I was doing to my poor RB5 ... surfice it to say it was a mistake I won't be doing again!).
More than happy to share the FS set-ups with you, a few commented on how good it looked going round when I had my brain in gear.

Just the one class next time!!!
