Default Making a caravan/trailer

A few of use are having a bit of fun for the last round before christmas at WBMCC, Im making a trailer/caravan.

Whats the best way to make a chassis? Got a load of MDF in the garage which I was thinking of using, the for wheels, I can use some B4 fronts with a bolt through for the axles.

Perhaps use some half hard 15mm plumbing pipe bent into a U shape for the chassis?

the trailer i made uses mardave v12 rear end parts and wheels, an offcut of rainwater guttering i picked up off the floor at a building site cut to make mudguards and originally used an old for sale sign as the chassis and caravan panels. now has a flat fibreglass plate to which last time it was used had 6 cider cans servo taped in place. the cans make a really good target for other people though, they just love denting them!

i made a trailer for mine using meccano for the chassis and cardboard for the panels. very funny when it gets hit as it fall apart very easily like a real one.
