Lee Martin won the 4WD because of the good run he had in the second (and final) round of qualifying.

I had my bets on Yardy doing very well today with the new X11 - but he didn't have great runs and never got to show what the car can do, which is a shame really.

On a dry track the X11 looked much quicker than the Aero, and bad luck in the wet didn't help Tom. If Tom had had two more rounds. he'd have been sniffing for the win and no mistake guvner!

Ok, almost dry track Round one practise

The Aero looks great Lee, but I think Tom will give you a good run for your money sooner rather than later

Great result for you today though, well done.

Although I did vote to carry on through regional rep', I was actually enjoying the wet racing but hadn't seen the amount of standing water which seemed to appear quickly.... but really it was the right decision. Too much damage to equipment already happened, slippery to marshall and plenty of standing water.

Well done to Neil for yesterday and Lee for today. Its been a great weekend really, the weather is one of the few things out of the BRCA's control...

Around 5 out of the 10 cars a race towards the end where blowing speedos or other electrical parts up......shame i was one of those 5 in my heat lol I think it was the right decision to stop especially as the rain got harder.

I went over to race control for some black bin bags to put the tent in about an hour after the meeting was abandoned and seriously most of the track had standing water on it, not just odd puddles. There is no way any more rounds could have been run.

IMHO it was a good call, and thats not because I had a good result today, I still don't actually know where I finished with all the confusion! I ran in heat 11 (of 12) and the track was dangerous to marshal, I half fell marshalling one car (much to everyones amusement)

Definatly the right decision today. At the end of the day our safety has got to take priority. Going back to a brushed motor today was a bit of an expirence but i can't beleve how much i prefer brushless now. (brushless motors had had to go of for repair )

Think the A final would definatly have been interesting. But well done lee on taking the win. Just a shame about the slight loop hole in the regs
