Default Rollout???

What is rollout?

I have used the iphone app 'Gear-it' to calculate the roll out for my b4 and it is 0.62, is this good? What number should i be aiming at??

Cheers in advance,
Carl

Rollout is the distance your car travels per 1 full roll of the tyres circumference. so for your car - every time the pinion makes 1 rotation, the car travels 0.62 inches.

Its for people running on-road with foam tyres - as the tyres wear down and get smaller in diameter, you need to gear up to keep the rollout the same.

Because rubber tyres stay the same, don't worry about it.
