It Sounds alot but when you break it down its about right:

Car £170
Servo £55
ESC £116
Motor £78
Lipo's £77 Each
Charger £97

Thats £670 of (if he's being truthfull) new stuff for £500. The £600 Buy It Now is a bit too high but if you can get it all for £500 its not a bad deal.

Ive got about £600 just in my B4 alone, thats no batterys or charger.

I dont think its excessive. Seems a reasonably tidy car with soem good kit. Cant argue for 500.
