quasar pro charger recall

hi ive just found ae have recalled the version 1.0 pro but its a old advert dated june 2005 my dad has one and dosent no wether its been sent back as got secondhand should we send back now after all this time please give me some help

If you have the correct warrenty information go for it, if not then you'll have to pay.

it was for over charging cells and my dads as just started doing it he was charging gp3700 and at 5000 he walked in and turned it off but it was still going so dont no what would have happened
