The Ansmann ones are fine. Actually rather nice to build and stay leak-free nicely. Not sure how long the anodising will last on the inside but then who really cares

The Ansmann xpro greens are great shocks.Ignore anyone on here who says they are no good.
APEX models sell them but they will cost you http://www.apexmodels.com/gbu0-catsh...smannXpro.html |

Hi,
i recently bought a new x-pro and must say that i am sold to Tamiya shocks but these are of a very good quality as well! The Ansmann shocks are the easiest i've ever build and are very smooth when build correctly ![]() Good luck. |

I'm sure it will be in here somewhere.
http://www.oople.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5482 Maybe search "shock length" - I can imagine there may be a good page or two, but I'm sure someone's measured them. Julius. |

Fastrax and Ansmann do an aftermarket alloy shock set for 75mm and 95mm shocks, they retail at £8.99 for a pair, the part number for the Fastrax ones is fast166 fronts and fast168 rears, they work very well, a couple of local drivers are using them and had no problems using them, easy to build, bleed and work well on track, the only thing they did is use the kit springs as the ones that come with the shock are a little too long to fit on the car.
