What type of grease goes where?

So there's molybdenum grease, anti-wear grease, fluoropolymer grease, ceramic grease, joint & cup grease, ball diff grease, damper grease, graphite sprays and more.

Some of these are named after the part where they're used, but for the rest, what is the best grease to use where, when and preferably why?
