Default Speed Passion 5300 LIPO
These LIPOs have the lumps on the bottom, but do they have connector holes on both sides?

No, the 5300mAh 30c SpeedPower lipo only have the connectors on one side. As you rightly say they do have 'cell' humps on the bottom.
