Default Attention U.S. Drivers

We are happy to announce that Brian Kinwald, Paul Sinclair, and a number of other X-Teamers will be at the big Classic Hobbies race Nov 6 & 7.

This is a great new track in Akron, Ohio which just opened a few weeks ago. Chris & Steve are starting things off with a bang, a big trophy race Nov 7. Paul has raced there twice and says the facility is great -- a decent size track with a good layout that is more difficult than it looks, and a good pit area, well-lit and good power. They've got a thread in the off-road section of this board, and I'm sure you can get directions, entry forms, and other info there.

We hope to have 5 or 6 of the Boyz there on Saturday. Paul, Brian, and I will be there from around 1 on Friday, and of course all day Saturday. If you want to meet and talk with Paul or Brian, Friday is the best day to do it, as they're sure to have lots of time Friday. We're all happy to talk to anyone at any time, so don't be shy on Saturday either. You can get a close-up look at both of their buggies and trucks, with all the latest tricks and tweaks.

We will be raffling off some X-Team goodies, personally autographed by the various drivers on Friday as well as Saturday. Many of their other sponsors will be sending stuff for them to autograph and put into the raffles as well. Stay tuned for the expanding list.

So everybody from western NY, PA, WV, KY, MI, and IN, here's your chance to meet the X-Team and have a great time at a nice new track. Brian Kinwald does not happen every weekend in the midwest...

Default S.M.C. Added To Raffle Prizes

Here is the first of what I hope will be a number of announcements about the Nov 7th race:

As many of you know, Paul is sponsored by S.M.C. batteries. Unfortunately they are out of T-shirts, but we do have one size L that we've had for a while, so that will be raffled off on Friday Nov 6. Paul will personally autograph it for the winner.

(Yes, it's a brand new shirt we've had for a while.)

Not positive yet. Have to call S.M.C. on Friday when a new shipment of batteries arrives there. If all is well, we'll have a couple of big new S.M.C. packs to raffle on Saturday Nov 7.

Stay tuned for more details.

Default Lunsford Steps Up

We have just received a batch of hard-to-get T-shirts from Lunsford. Paul and Brian are both sponsored by Lunsford, and they will personally autograph these shirts to be raffled off on Nov 6 & 7.

And just to be clear, after you win the shirt, they will then autograph it for you in your presence. "Good luck Joe, Paul" or whatever you want.

So add Lunsford to the list of event sponsors! And a big thank you to the great guys at Lunsford!!!
