Default Your Club - How many, how often, how big?

Just doing a little research on what makes a "successful" club. I have my own ideas and I'd be interested to see if they match yours. Particularly interested in indoor, electric clubs, either on-road or off-road

Could people possibly answer in this thread with a few details about their club?

CLUB NAME:
CLASSES RACED:
AVERAGE ATTENDANCE:
TYPE OF TRACK (ie carpet, slippy, lots of jumps, smooth):
SIZE OF TRACK (either laptimes or physical size):
TIME, LENGTH AND DATE OF RACE MEETINGS (whether weekly, fortnightly, evening etc):
DO YOU THINK IT IS A SUCCESS, IF SO WHY?:

Any assistance much appreciated.

Dave A.

DO YOU THINK IT IS A SUCCESS, IF SO WHY?: A success but you can always be more successful!
