Default Cat SX Diff Rebuild???

Hi Guys,

anyone had any problem when you rebuild your diffs??
i have had may years rebuilding diffs lol. but never had one being "notchy" like this??

i change plates, balls, obviously clean thrust assembly etc.

has anyone got around this in any way??

didn't you change the thrust race as well,if thats the only thing you didn't change i would say thats your problem

And check the circlip aswell that holds the thrust bearings is seated correctly in the grove

i haven't thought of it as it is only just run in lol. will double check on the circlip

has anyone had the problem and sorted it though??

I have not got the manual with me, which way up does the clip go ?

Flat edge or rounded edge towards the thrust race ?
