B44 Rear Diff Gears (Stripping!!!!)

Managed to do two pairs of rear gears today!!

Slipper set fine, slipping before diffs as they should
Diffs fine also!

Although i was using a X12 4.5t

Diff shims as per kit on diff and pinion gear.

Only ever done one other set in 4 months!

Any ideas guys???????
