I have a brand new X1CR Factory kit which I bought as a spare car to try some things out on but never quite finished building it!
The car is part built (diffs, front end plus a couple of other bits). All the parts are new in original packaging with the exception off the shock towers (they got used briefly on my other car but are in good condition and part of the servo link set.
Body shell is still in it's protective film.
Still in original box, manual and decals there.
If the buyer wants I'd be happy to build the car up to make sure it's 100% as it should be.
