hi,could some one let me know if when you rebuild the diff you use as much grease as you can fit in on all the greasy bits or a light smear on some but loads on other bits,iv built a few but they have always been a bit inconsistent,

Put a bit of grease between your thumb and index finger, and then take the diff balls one by one with it, so they have a thin layer of grease on them, that's enough.

if you have the little tube of ae grease run a nice line of grease onto the washer, pick up your balls, run another line of grease on top of the balls, put on the other washer, slowly push in any grease that went out of bounds with your finger, and mount it. should be like butter.
