Default rc18t project start to finish

so guys i started a project after crashing my clone, so all the goodies turned up after a waiting a couple of weeks,

so i started off with a cheap b clone
then got that run over by a car, so rebuilt it

complete list of upgrades

15/18t pinons

alu steering assemble

Only one thing left to do and that's get yourself an original associated steel pinion. These are the strongest and just don't seem to wear. What this means is if the teeth on the pinion keep there shape the spur lasts much longer. Lipo and brushless eats titanium and aluminium pinions for breakfast. I've not tried brass but your pinion and spur in the picture look a little bit worse for wear.

Looks very much like mine except I went for the delrin widetrack arms not the alloy ones and the Exotek slipper/driveshaft which is nothing but a pain anyway.

No, but that wasn't the problem. I was running it against 10ths and got sideswiped, took out the spur gear, which is of course non-standard and requires a long wait for a new one.
