Default Trakpower balancer

Quick question I hope someone can answer for me.

I'm currently using a 3600 Trakpower stick LiPo with a Trakpower balancer which has the 4mm connectors and 2mm balancer socket.

I'm thinking of buying another LiPo pack (saddle) which still has 4mm main connectors but the balancer port is a small white plug with 3 wires (red, black and white) going to it.

How do I go about using the balancer for the new pack? Can I mod the wires coming out of the balancer to fit the new pack? Or is there an adaptor plug available? Or will I have to get a new balancer?

Cheers in advance.
Dave.

One of these should do the job

Just unplug the connector from the balancer itself and plug this in it's place, just make sure the black wire goes to the same pin as the trackpower lead did!

Will that fit the Trakpower balancer?

No problems at all, I use one on mine.
The plug may be a lot smaller, but you're only using the 3 terminals anyway, you can shave the little lugs off the cable to make for an easier fit, but I chose not to as it makes it a tighter fit into the socket, useful as it doesn't click in like the trakpower one.
