Simon Bettens won 3 qualifiers and all three finals, so a well deserved win.

Uhm, we already had a choc-off last year Nathan, actually I believe we had the honour of competing in the first edition of it :-) Not sure if I'm ready for a new edition...

The brits certainly made a big jump forward in 2wd compared to last year! Bad luck for Dan ending up BQ, was certainly A-main worthy. Thumbs up for Simon and matthew for great driving after a long night with the danish guys!!

It was fun this year I have to say, Indeed Wouter is correct, we did have a good evening with the danes on Saturday We did take our "team manager" with us to keep us out of trouble though!!

Was good to be back up there in 2wd, we really were miles off the ball last year. Especially good for me as it was first meeting with a different car (and the fact it was Si's old car and so keeping with tradition was especially funny !)

4wd, hmm, personally gutted about that rain. Car was on it while it was dry, but in the wet, hmm, not so good

...and Trish, bulkhead was good enough for my 4th placed rig on Saturday!

Thanks to many people who helped me to the win,

Janus for the final touch to my set-up, and an extra pair of hands on sunday.
Simon Reeves for sharing his 4wd set-up.
Wouter W, the many help he gives me.
Tom C for tires and mental support.
Andy Gr for using spares of his 4wd and driving his 2wd
My fellow qualifyers for giving me space.
Richard lowe for the entertainment just before kick-off

And my dad, without him I wouldn't have won.

Hope to see you all next year! I'll probably see some of you in southport. I'm looking forward to it!

Simon
