What inner foams to use?

Inner tyre foams for 1/10 off road, just about to order some and they are soft/medium/firm, not sure what to go for - any recommendations?

Id reccomend Kangawallafox foams. They are £2.50 for a full set and can be purchased from rymart racing

i'd probably go with mediums for outdoors and firms for indoors on high grip carpet. All brands are much of a muchness for foams.
