Default Help with Hong Nor diff

Hi guy`s some how my Rallycross managed to snap 1 tooth off the spur gear, i have got a replacement and have stripped the diff down but now i`m stuck
I have got this far


can someone please tell me if there is a way of getting the spur gear off ??????????????????

put a screw driver between the alloy cog and the spur gear and twist slowly, its just a push fit

i think you will find its only the diff oil holding the gear on,the small crown gear should just pull off,if you use some washing up liquid and hot water to wash off all the oil you will find it will fall off

as said, the smaller gear will remove with persuasion. after that there is a small pin. remove this and then the outdrive will pull out of the spur without issue. be carefull to remove all the orings, shims etc and put them back in the same order (sorry to teach to suck eggs) or you will have leakage from the diff when you rebuild it

Thanks guys spent age`s looking for the instructions and could`t find them, all done now
Did have some trouble getting the crown off
