Default BRCA 1/10th Off Road National Rnd 1

Not totally sure on the exact figures but.....

There was around 6 or 7 Predator X11 08's in the top 40!!

Defo a car that will gain popularity during the year, i am convinced the car is one of if not the quickest out there!!!

Pancake cars are the future..

I was the only one at the 4wd Mid west regional that was racing a pred so they're not very popular round here.

I had a really good time and the X11 was really good - I didn't really have time to mess about with the car (I mean, change setup or errrm, clean it) so big thanks to Stu Evans for working on the car and skimming my motor etc. Oh and James Helliwell and Richard Lowe for lending me legal lipo cells.

I heard that someone even made their first national A final yesterday with a pred and even putting it 4th on the grid!..... is it true?

Nice one Spenner!

Pretty good results for all the team i think, its been a while since 2 preds have been in a UK national A!

Standard kit X11 was great, no problems & no breakages.
I banged a little extra ride-height on there and away it went.

Stu, are you just randomly teasing people with these pics????

Must say that the Pred was awesome round that track yesterday, and i do believe it set the quickest lap in 4wd !!! by a good .5's.....

Managed to see quite a few of them go round and not sure how standard the other cars are but Jimmy oOple's looked good in his final, Stu Evans looked good going round, Greg Williams looked good and was bit unlucky, Nathan just missed out on the A main....

Yes it was my first National A and also my debut with the Pred X11 08 at National....
Yes i have made B Finals last year with the Aero at Stotfold (Local track so i get told!!!) So it just shows how good the X11 08 really is.

Roll on Ozwestry..... Surely an X11 track, the car that doesn't handle bumps!!!!

By the time the 'B' was on the light was going - so no action shots man - sorry. Jimmy may have some from earlier in the day.

Just to point out at this stage that the ones of Greg's car and mine were taken by Nathan - ACE

Any reason why most people are running the white wheels? I bought some recently purely because they look better than the black ones and I can see the car better with them on but is there a more technical reason?

The main reason is because yellow is gay

Black is hard to see and will make you crash more as its so hard to judge where the car is on the track
