Default Mid-West Queries

Hello, just some newbie questions for this season.

Firstly, How does the licensing work? I know I will start as an F5. how do I become an F4 or F3 etc? I', assuming I'd need to finish in the top xx% of F5's to become an F4 etc, but what level?

If I only enter 2WD regionals, is my F* license only valid for 2WD nats for example?

If I was to want to enter nationals, what F license would I need this season?

With the Mid-West regionals, do 4 rounds from 5 count? or is it 3 rounds from 5? or is it just an average rating based on however many rounds I enter?

Thank you!

Chris.

hi chris

its 3 from 5 to count, your F license gained at say 2wd also transfers to 4wd...

to gain f2 you need usually to finish in the top 20-22 overall in the regional series, f3 top 22-35/40ish depends how many people do 3 rounds, f4 top 35/40ish etc etc etc

to enter national you can be any F grade however the lower the F grade you are (and the more nationals you enter) usually means having a better chance of gaining entry

yer as chris says they normally work the licences out by taking all the f1's from the current year out of the list, then the first 20% are then f2, next 20% are f3 then next 20% are f4. you cant say exact numbers because you dont know how many ppl will be entering the series and you dont know how many of out lads will become f1's throught the nationals. and we dont find out the results till right at the end of the season about 2 weeks after then last national i think last year.

doesnt matter what class you are running your licence is your licence
