Brushless motor 6.5 or 5.5

It will depend of the track you are racing on... big or small? high or low traction?

I have a 4.5 in my BX and I race a small low traction track... not the best combination but it's still driveable and a lot of fun, but in my case for better lap time I'll need a 5.5 ... But I like more to have to much power than not enough
