Default B4 0.89 front shocks

Anyone know why 0.89 are available in addition to the standard 0.71 shocks? My guess is that the extra front droop may help with rear end grip in loose conditions..?

The shock bodies are the same on both cars.

The B44 has .89" bodies with .80" shafts

The B4 has .89" bodies with .71" shafts

So you could use the B44 .80" shafts to get more droop on the front of the B4.
