I have done the winter series and a couple of nationals at Stotfold with the B4 and this is what I tend to start with setup wise:

Front:
35wt oil
Number 2 piston
blue spring
mounted middle hole on shock tower and inside on wishbone

camber links as per the manual

Rear:
30wt oil
Number 1 Piston
Silver spring
Mounted middle hole on shock tower and inside on wishbone

camber links as per the manual

2 degree anti squat

Short Wheel base

Schumacher Yellow mini spikes in the dry and Schumacher green mini spikes in the wet.

From my experience there are lots of very good racers at Stotfold and all are more than willing to help you out should you need any advice.

hope that helps.
