Post help needed for poor running engine

Is there anyone near the chatham area that can help me with my sons hobao hyper 7 tq.

I got this at xmas and have never been able to get the engine running smoothly i have taken advice on these threads but nothing i try seems to work.

I can get it started but once running the engine sounds very lumpy and the revs are hunting all time.

I tried going back to factory settings but to no avail.
The engine idles for a while then revs high, after a short while just cuts out.
Any attemp to touch the throttle ever makes it rev wildly or cuts out.

can anyone assist with the tuning of this.

Kind Regards

Sound lean so would assume a split fuel or pressure line or tank leak.
has it done lots of running ?
