Tyres for kiddy are schumacher mini spikes yellow if its really dry and ballistic buggy spikes green if its damp or wet. Wheels you could proberly do with a few sets of wheels and inserts to. As for springs its generally silver rear and blue and silver fronts. Shock oil yes normally a good selection 25 30 35 40 are a good start. pistons are incuded in the kit.

a good place to start is with tires! so a set of yellow minispikes and some ballistic greens, 2 sets of wheels n remember to get foam inserts a medium compound one should be a good start. as ashley said they're the springs to get n in regards to pistons stick to the kit ones for now till you get a feel for what your driving style is telling you to do. shock oils are always good to have say a range from 30 to 45 will see you right in most places. and for you second track the tires you get in the kit may be a good start.

also worthwhile having a pair of silver front springs for Kiddy when damp/wet

They used to be, but the latest one I built (in 2007) only had 1 pair of #1's and 1 pair of #2's included. But considering the pistons that come with the kit are right, there is probably no need to buy the piston kit.

Whats best for Wishbones, Graphite or 'Plastic' ??? |

the graphite i used to find little brittle compared to the plastic as the plastic ones give more flex and the car is just generally a little more forgiving with all the parts being plastic and it's cheaper when you break parks or need to replace them
