XB2 front wheels

Hi all.
Daft question, but it’s a few years since I raced 2wd.
Do we still cut the inside rim off the front wheels when fitting cut staggers or stretch the tyres over the full wheel?

Cut the inside rim off the xray wheels as sthey still don't make slim wheels. Schumacher fronts are the easiest way to go
