Default Losi XX4, X-5, XXX-CR outdrive savers

Hi all,
Recently, I have had several enquiries about the outdrive savers I used to have made and sell, and I have had to reply that I can no longer get them made or have any left over.

BUT, things might have changed. I have just spoken to the guy who did them before, and he might be able to do a few more for me.

If he can do them, they will be exactly the same as before, sold in pairs and £12.50 including UK postage.

I am yet to hear for certain, but please can anyone interested express there interest here so I know whether its worth going on with, and then I can PM each of you once I have some.

Thanks
Chris

(Jimmy, hope you don't mind this)

Can't see a problem with that tho Carl, am selling these 'first come, first serve' in the order in which asked for on this thread.

So long as I can get them, I'll be intouch.

Has anyone tried compression fittings or 'olives' as they are also known? You can get them from B&Q, Plumbcentre etc and they are small brass sleeves that come in all different diameters. I have them fitted to one of my nitro trucks that had a terrible habit of breaking diff cups. Since fitting olives I have not broken one.
Not having a losi I cannot definitely say they will work as I don't know what clearance you have around the out drive but for £1 a pack, they might be worth a try.

Thanks guys for the interest. Good news:

I am really pleased so many have replied, as I have been able to show this to my guy who makes them and he has already started making them! There should be plenty for everyone who have already replied here, and some left over.

So any more interest, please continue to respond to this thread and I'll (hopefully) be intouch by the end of this week...

Also, anyone going to York regional on Sunday, I can bring them
