Default Ko high speed receiver works with sanwa gemini... Should it lol..

Hmm, a strange one, but thought id post as it may help others out.

I recently was messing around with a few transmitters that i have, and my old sanwa gemini 2, works fine with a Ko (carbon ) receiver that is supposedly the high speed version and only works with other Ko radio's.

I even used sanwa crystals lol.

All seems to work fine. Anyone else tried running something similar and did it work or not.

Col.

TBH i'd expect it to work. Usually the "high speed" stuff will work with lower speed transmitters, just not other way round - and you should always use the radio manufactures crystals, not the receiver's.
