hey all ,
one day i came across a shock tower in my mi2 spares and fitted this to my xxx4 on the back. the only snag is that you can only use front shocks on the rear end, im going to try it out at the local club one night, wont race it at any bigger event doesnt look strong enough garry . Firstly, are the camber link holes in the same place?
Secondly, you will not get as much 'pack' with shorter shocks, so if your track has any big jumps the back end may bottom out more, just be carefull. G

after all the messing around i didnt run the modifacation, didnt really see the point in messing around with the settings of the car. as i say it was more curisoity than anything else. very easy to do. ride hight was an issue though giving 1.5 - 2.5 cm of a gap. also there was an issue with when the car would lean into corners, there wouldnt be enough travel in the shocks to make the car lean nicely round corners....
