Default Friday 13th strikes

I have been careful all day only to get home, stick my work trousers in the washing machine only to realise that i have left my new i-phone in the pocket. It was qute dirty but this is extreme i suppose.
Anybody work for a phone company that can give me some advice what to say to them regarding whats happened?? I have insurance and its a business contract so need the phone back on now. I dont want to say the wrong thing or do i tell the truth.
Doh!!

chris put ya phone in the oven without the battery. About 30 degrees c for 3 or 4 hours. Then if it doesn't work try plugging it into the charger. Give it ten mins charge and i bet it will work....
