Sorry, are they worth having a bid on, which one would be the best option to upgrade to 2.4 if required, any experiences of them, that sort of thing.

i would go for the ko one mate good quality and easily upgradeable to 2.4 defo worht a cheeky bid

Rich, i've had both the KO helios and the futaba 3pks with 2.4ghz.
Each to there own mate really, i liked different things about each radio.
The ko i liked because of the easy to navigate menu and the feel of it when using it. I didn't use it with 2.4 though only on 40 mhz. But the 3pk came with futaba's own 2.4ghz syatem which is fantastic (never put a foot wrong) the other thing is it feels more quality then the ko.
The only negative i could put against the 3PK system would be the size of the recievers ( are you listening futaba, we want micro 2.4 recievers )
For both systems though you can get the spektrum modules and reciever sets.
