how do i get the little washers and o ring out of the bottom b4 shock so i can swap the shock body?

Probably best to get a shock rebuild kit.

I tend to use the end of an allen driver being careful not to scuff the inside of the shock body.
You will need a shock rebuild kit, or it is highly recommend if you are rebuilding them in new or different bodies.

Use the shock build tool but the other way round, you wont scratch the inside of the shock using that.
