ONE CAR – 2wd or 4wd
1/10th Electric Buggy - Current Production Buggy (per team) Each team to use their own PT Max 12 Teams (Min of Seven) Each team to consist of minimum 8 drivers, maximum of 12 drivers All drivers/marshals must be BRCA members on the day (Bring your BRCA membership card with you) Entry Fee £100 per TEAM Proceeds after costs to be split between Yorkshire Cancer Research / Yorkshire Air Ambulance Event Format/Rules:- Doors open for competitors 12.00 Noon – NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING/CARAVANS etc. Practice (with team car) 12.30pm to 1.30pm (Chassis to be marked in this time*) * Chassis can only be replaced (like for like) observed and remarked by scrutineers. Random scrutineering (equally timed (per team)) will be made during the 24hr race time No cars to have hinged bodies/flaps/cut outs or chassis cutouts to accommodate very easy battery changes. No quick release wheels Batterys must be located in the position the manufacturer intended them to be. You can only use a shell designed for the car you are running. Tyres: Schumacher Mini-Pins or Mini-Spike only (NO FOAM Tyres) Standard Buggy Wheels Motors:- As per current BRCA Listing (Brushed or Brushless) Batteries:- Hard-cased 7.4V (2S) Lipo or BRCA Listed Cells No external battery power for transmitters MARSHALS:- It is the responsibility of each team to provide a marshal trackside as EACH TEAM ONLY marshals THEIR OWN TEAM’S CAR. A car breaking down within the track must be recovered sorted/repaired etc and restart from that same position.
