You'll want to avoid those like the plague I'm afraid! Your instincts were right; that price is way too low, and the reason is because that (in the small print, sneakily), they're only capable of delivering 10C constant and 15C burst (40A and 60A respectively) which is WAY too low a rating for most 1/10th RC applications. Even those ratings are probably falsified, at such a ridiculous price. At best they'll offer rubbish performance, at worst they'll "puff" - this is where the cells expand because of overstress. This depends on what motor you try to power from them, but I'd heavily recommend you stay away from those.

Same with that charger; that same model is sold in other places under various Chinese brands, and it's cheaply made (poor component tolerances). Unfortunately, in this hobby, you have to spend decent moeny to get decent kit. Perhaps have a search around hese forums, and see what people are succesfully using. What RC are you planning to run LiPos in?

I would recommend strongly TrakPower stick packs.

TrakPower have exclusive rights in the UK (and a fair few other places I assume) with Enerland who produce some amazing quality cells. TrakPower pack construction is brilliant, and they claim extremely low resistance due to their assembly techniques. I well believe it.

BRCA legal too

Are you sure about that? I wasn't aware the BRCA homologation list had been released. They are on the TC list from 2008 but that does not make them BRCA legal.
