Question Book or site for beginners

Can i get some recommendations on a good book or site for beginners??

For beginners, the RC Handbook wrote by Scott Guyatt is a reference, AE used to get a tuned version on their website.

Here is an updated version of the same document

Elvo site is great and so detailed but, I think, it's more for intermediate racers than beginners.
