I haven't got it but I have man flu
 pal has it on his pc though  what programs would you recommend/tried for it's removal?

I had this once.
It lasted 24hrs and happened to coincide with my wife's annoying friend's wedding. Once she had gone without me I found a trip to the pub with my brother fixed it real quick.
