Website Gallery help please

Hope this is OK to post this question in this section.

I manage the Oswestry RCC website www.oswestryrcc.org.uk and it has a gallery. http://www.oswestryrcc.org.uk/Gallery.htm but it is a nightmare to manage as I have to create two different sizes of each image, and then link each image to its thumbnail so that they can be opened. it is a nightmare.

How do i make it so the images pop up in a cool little window on the same page like in this post http://www.oople.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17866

Mike, if you read this, I know you had something along these lines when you hosted the site.. but i lost it all... soz

Most sites use the Lightbox script to do this.
