Default Retrieving data

I have a mobile phone that i need to get data from, contacts mainly, but i think it has gone so flat that everything has been wiped. Is there any way to get it back?

i doubt that they will have gone it should all be stored on like an internal sim card, jsut charge it up abit an see it there still there. simple first thing to try really. if then it has gone, plug it into ya pc an u can get file recovery software that should be able to scan its memory an see wot files have been wiped u should be able to retreive them then.

works for everything, even digital cameras when a sexy female freind has gone takin photos of her and another girl an thought she has deleted em
