Default Hooking lazer zx5

Hallo friends all over the world.
I am Antonix from Katerini Greece.
I have a hooking problem with my
Lazer zx 5.
I am using an lrp 6.5 brushless motor
and an lrp 7.4 5000 lipo and 17 pinion.
Starts like a bullet but at the first tight
corner when i hit the throtle it hooks
and i can't get rid of this problem no
matter what.
Can anybody give me any suggestions
what to do.

Default HOOKING

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND TRIED EVERYTHING, THE ONLY WAY I FOUND TO MAKE IT DRIVE OUT OF TIGHT CORNERS WITHOUT HOOKING A 180 IS BACK OF THE SLIPPER SO IT GETS LESS INITIAL DRIVE OR DROP THE MOTOR TO A 9.5 AND GEAR UP A FEW TEETH SO IT DOESN'T BITE TO HARD UNDER FULL THROTTLE. P.S. I GOT FED UP IN THE END AND SOLD IT.

Ok, should be really easy to solve.

Post up your set-ups (remember there are now 3 variants on the ZX5 chassis so best be specific about the model) and the surface and we'll sort this out for you.

The ZX5-SP has huge front end grip and bags of steering so some people do suffer with a bit of a hooking problem but it's all in the set-up.

Once you have it set-up properly then I'm sure you'll find it to be the smoothest driving 4wd out there ...... I'd much rather have to work at taking steering off than never be able to dial it in!!!!
