Blowing will always be more directional so should cool locally quicker

Very interesting question, at speed I believe it serves no purpose unless mounted on top on a heat sink blowing or sucking
In front of the motor blowing at it On a heatsink blowing backwards mounted at the back No expert cos that's a has been under pressure but makes sense |

most things..esc and pc cpus, graphic cards etc,and ive had motor heatsinks with fans have all blown so it must be blow
